Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our main office at 735 10th St, in Fortuna. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Monday - Thursday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Alcohol Purchases

Adult signature will be required at the time of delivery or pick up for purchases containing alcohol.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order in the expected time frame for your shipping option, please contact us at courtney@humboldtdistillery.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We can ship small parcels to P.O. boxes, using the same timelines as above. However, we cannot ship alcohol to P.O. boxes and large parcels have limited delivery. If you're not sure, please contact us before placing your order.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
